In her soul

by Juls   Jan 29, 2007

Passing through.
A voice loud enough it cant be heard
In a lonely room, known as life.
Filled with depression,
guilt,anger, and love.

Cradling her head.
With no support, but her own hands,
Praying to an nonexistent love
A boy, a man.
to hold her broken self and mend.

Silver glass shatters,
As her newborn cant carry on
Her life as she knows it
Is buried in love

Lying down.
Uncontrolled, her eyes water
Tears of healing wash
the young womens face.
Fears not said in words.

Despising herself.
For everything she has become
But she lifts her head to hear the words
from a unknown figure
from above
