I was trying to think,
of a way to quit thinking,
just trying to move,
on through without blinking,
'cause it's hard to see,
when my eyes are closed,
and I don't want to miss,

if that second,
could be the last,
and the present,
becomes past,

and please don't blink,
just gaze at me,
don't even think,
