I know what its like to want to die,
How you close your eyes and cry,
You wipe away the tears,
But they seem to be never ending,
I know what its like to never sleep,
Your conscience,
Digging at you through your skin,
The constant reminders,
That taunt you,
Like youre not here for any reason,
The screams in your head,
That no one can ever hear,
You think your insane,
So you cut to catch a grip on life,
The world slows down,
Its like youre in a rut you cant get out of,
You wish you knew what was wrong,
But nothing eases the pain,
And still you lie in your bed,
Screaming but you cant make a sound,
Crying because no one understands,
And cutting,
Because its the closest thing to you
