Flame

by Melissa Curtis   Jan 31, 2007

Grey’s lace around my moves
All day dance with every step I take
Clouds, lightening, sauntering heavenly
Only when I think of you.

Cracked vanity blames me effortlessly
hiding behind empty gossip
Slithering under the follicles of my nape
Safety drums
Coming ringing through my dome
You love, shaking ininfiniteounce to thy heartbeat.

Should it ever crystallize
Sea breeze whispers soured blue
Rivers rain and waver east
my spirit find it soaked and drunken
For it’s already so
You are here
Soul candle.
