I am afraid to
love someone.
its not just you,
its anyone.

i don't wanna get hurt,
i cant take the pain,
but life without you
would make me insane.

i have known you
for almost a year
and yet you've brought
me not one tear...

for you i have
always cared,
but we could never
be a pair.

i know you'll hurt me
you wont always be there.
then after it ends
from afar you will stare.

this is what i want to do,
this is who i want to be.
i do not want to
once again leave reality.
