I wanted to tell you how much I cared but I didn't cos you hardly talked..
I thought right then and there that we were gone for sure..
And now you tell me to my heart that you've never felt this before.
I was so nervous as we sat together...I thought that I would break..
The sun was shining down on you and I thought we were too late..
I smiled and smiled but never knew what you were feeling inside..
I'm happy to say I care for you....but as long as we don't have to hide..
