Kisses on a moonlit night.

by Isabelle   Feb 1, 2007

Kisses on a moonlit night,
at first it was fright,
but it was fine.

You stole my breath away,
you stole my heart away,
on that one beautiful,
moonlit night.

You told me that you loved me,
you told me that you needed me,
and I believed you,
through your kisses.

We never went too far,
never stepped over the line,
so young we are.

Some people say,
people my age,
can't love anybody,
can't feel this feeling that I feel with you.

The only problem is that,
you're just a dream,
a sad lovable dream.
And when I woke up,
I cried.

Knowing that you're not real,
and that my love you is still everlasting,
just blows my mind.

Good night and,
I hope that,
I'll see you again.

    Hey Isabelle!
This was really quite something. You know what? I've had so many dreams like that where I am in love with someone so unbelievable...then I wake up crying. This poem is just how I felt too! And I thought this was an AMAZING poem. Good Job!
