Hurt

I thought that you truly loved me
But my eyes have opened, now I see
You never felt the way I did
You just ran from it and hid.

I would cry late at night
A lot after we'd fight
But now I finally realize
That everything you said were lies.

Lately things have been getting good
Better than being with you would
I'm never coming back to you
I'll go and find a love thats true.

~I wrote this poem for my cousin, when the guy she love broke her heart for, well maybe the millionth time. It helped her a lot, and maybe it can help others too~
