You're Mine

by She Is My Rain   Feb 2, 2007

Slit my wrists and watch my death.
You never gave a damn.

Watch me bleed, watch it pour.
My soul is down to the core.

Your deep blue eyes and soft spoken words were only lies.
Covered up by sympathetic tries.

So wash away my bloody tears and cover up the wounds.
Turn to me, whisper in my ear, and tell me thoughs words I dread to hear.

I love you, you're mine, that's what you always say. You actually ment it once in your life, when everything was okay.

And now I'm here, in this state of mind, wishing I were dead. You only say it now so I wont go all the way.

Cutting through this layer of skin, letting the blood pour out. My life is slowly slipping away, my world going black around me.

Nothing you say or do can stop this life from ending.
