I don't care about anything
when he is around.
He picks my heavy heart
right off the ground.
What a handsome boy he is,
when he gives me that smile
all the hard things I've experienced
make that moment worth while.
When his lips curl upward
and his teeth may show..
I get many butterflies,
my heart starts to glow.
Sharing many of the same values,
we have lots to talk about
and the way I crave this boy
makes me want to shout.
The way he leaves me speechless
like now, for an instance.
The way I wonder all the time
why there's so much of a distance.
I know I can't rhyme that good.
But it's hard to write when your heart skips a beat every time you think of the person you like so much.
You're different,
and you're kind.
I seriously cannot
get you out of my mind.
I like you a lot, in case you didn't know. My heart is swelling with joy, compassion and excitement.
And I'd give anything to be with you, embraced in your warm, loving arms.
Someday our lips will meet
Someday our hands will touch
Someday our bodies shall embrace eachother.
