Canyoning

by Todd   Feb 3, 2007

Where then disappearing behind the cumulus again
Did the sun go?
And I reflect that feeling for a moment
I swallow hard for measure
And I count the breaths it takes to get me high on the weather
And make amends
While you reconcile our differences
I'm scratching my gray-matter thinking them I can bend

Watch it we change but best of all
We can break our habits and suspend our fall
For a time
We're all subject to the natural law
So we climb
And when we reach the top we restart it all

Why again with this canyoning my friend?
Did the faults grow?
I take some time, stealing but a moment
Counting the blessed quakes I find no reasons better
Than these holes adhere loose ends
While you recount our differences
I'm scratching my gray-matter thinking them I can bend

It always amazes me how people relate to each other.Sometimes we look for the differences when we should look at how so alike we are.nicely done, thought provoking.
