Alas, alone we lay,
Along this star filled stairway.
Your dead body in my arm;
No longer shall they cause you harm.

A death so swift
That outta you came all life;
The murder of my only true love.
They shall burn while you rest.

After this atrocious and horrible crime
I shall kill them all 'til they all lay in line.
I will avenge the death of my love lost;
Become a monster which no demon dare cross.

My dear angel, now as an angel you must go.
How could I allow this ta the one I loved so?
All I can think for revenge that I can do
Is become the devil and take the name Ryu.
