I hope I'll still have you

by Bloomed Rose   Feb 3, 2007

I walk down these lonely halls
To see you pass me by
Your turning to your friends loud calls
I barely catch your eye

Listening to all this noise
That's built up in my head
I see you flash a real quick smile
But it's a hard life that I tread

Turning back away from sight
I feel my wet tears build
Apart from all wrongs in my life
Somehow my world has stilled

Girls are mean, and I'm depressed,
I feel it pulling me down
And every time I try to smile
Reality turns it around

I see you and I hear you laugh
I know you'll help me through
But no matter what my pain may bring
I hope I'll still have you

I am in a situation like this right now except I'm a girl so in this case the guys are mean. Very true and believable. Also very descriptive. I enjoyed reading it. 5/5

Marshall, I'm not quite sure if it was about you. I mean it could have been, but I think she was talking about someone else at the time. You weren't going out with her then.

    Correct me if I'm wrong.
