The Right Place.

We both treat it as a secret, even though we know we know.
As long as it's our secret, we won't let it show.

The longer we wait.
The more anxious I get.
Our past, just for you I am willing to forget.

When I am with you, I am holding the world in one hand.
Please, kiss me, then tell me you understand.

It has been a long time since I thought about me and you.
The whole time, the way I said I felt about you was completely untrue.

I long for the day when I hear those 3 words come out of your mouth.
And when I can feel a smile form across my face.

For once in my life, I know my heart is in the right place.
