My Dreams [2]

by Cella Bella   Feb 4, 2007

My dreams, lost and imprisoned
Like wishes not granted
Trapped in the darkness
Screaming out loud only to be,
Muffled by insignificant laughter,
Tormented by an undesired lust
Creating images of fairytale lands
Though, deep inside I see untrue

My dreams, so pleasant
Yet, infested with deceit
If only I could stay...
But every dream must end
Now, fading away
As I awake once more
Slowly forgotten...
Almost as if they were
Intentionally unseen
