The descent

Goddess who I love so dear,
you are so far and yet so near
My fear is finding me and losing you
Nothing left for me to say or do

The stair I climb from the descent,
no time for sorrow or lament
See the morning sun through the cloud,
neither clever nor proud...

I ponder this beauty as in stillness I walk
no sound of me, just sweet bird talk
This wonder has my soul bound,
mind closed to all around

In patterned movement I know your
love.. it comes in softness from above
In your truth you will know me
forever lovers..of eternity

Kiss me gently love will grow
Your touch I will never know
Hidden, all my love for you
you are in my head and heart too

I think of you every waking hour
till my heart explodes in your flower
Just this mist of loneliness
in I, exists....to the skies heavens kiss

My love is lost in a distant face,
I have not seen in this space
Looking in my heart I see you
circled in coloured lights of moon blue
