Sorry God

Oh God, I apologize for all I've done
and my faults in the future
No one is perfect
and you've made it very clear
when you sent your only son Jesus
to die on the cross
Though I was raised in a Christian household
known of your every word
I still committed adultery
even though your preachings' were told
I admit to my wrong doings
I am no better than a fly
for they wander around as intended

Please forgive me
for the mistakes I've caused to a married couple
For you have stated in the Ten Commandments
number seven
and that I have committed
Please forgive me
I am floating dust before you
All I ask of you is to restore my soul
Purify me
Cleanse me
and forgive my sins
so I can be pure again
