Grandfather

You have always been my safe place,
You have always had a soft face,
you always made me feel right,
I was always sad when i couldn't spend the night,
you have been there for me through everything,
for me you say you'd do anything.
When i was small i had no dad,
but i thought of you as a dad instead of my grandfather,
i cry when I'm not with you,
and i smile by your side through on through,
Grandfather i love you,
and i will always be your little girl.
