Lost Melody

An end with no beginning
no pain can ever be felt
no birds ever singing
no sufferring ever dealt

and then i begin to contemplate
what else is there
why do we accept our fate?
without wondering what else life might bare

maybe a beginning with no end
and pain always known
but love beyond what you can comprehend
and never knowing if you'll be left alone

maybe I'm wrong
maybe I'm the only one who can see
its just a whisper of a song
