A Young Girl

by X~Angie~X   Feb 6, 2007

A life is wasted
the young girl felt
as she cut and pasted
no one saw the cards that she was dealt

She can never forget
what happened in the past
all she does is regret
as she wishes the days would go by fast

Shes all alone
in her painful life
shes as cold as stone
people are the reason she has turned to the knife

Nothing else to give
nothing more to take
there is no reason for her to live
her life is at stake

She sits there waiting
for her life to end
its too late
no one can save her, not even a friend

Death is her fate
it has always been
she'll finally walk through that pearly white gate
all women all men

They will see her
in her death bed
there is a lesson here to be learned
Dont hurt someone cause they could be the next one dead

The young girl layed there
in her casket, with crimson cuts
on her arm, hip and legs, everyone stopped and stared
they didnt understand why or what could have made her do this

No one understood
no one actually cared
this girl was always misunderstood
why couldnt someone just be there

She kept getting thinner
and very sick
she thought she was finally a winner
but all there was, was the clock going tick tock tick

That girl dead and cold
was a girl who wanted people to see
she wasnt very old
That young girl was me
