When you told me,
you didn't love me anymore.
i knew the feeling deep inside,
i've felt it there before.
this is just another repeat,

that to my heart, and to me,
you couldn't just be true.

with the tears falling down.
the smile once upon my face,
turned into a frown.

just like i knew you would.
