Ide like to take this day
To recognise my mother
To show her she is my angel
So she can see how much i love her

Words will never express it
How truly lucky i think we are
That we were blessed with an angel
That from heaven flew very far

Every time i shed a tear
She's never far away
Always there re-assuring me
That it'll always be OK

Through all the bad times
She always stood strong
Teaching us her worldly wisdom
Teaching us right from wrong

She's my shoulder to lean on
My angel to wipe away my tears
The Miracle that makes me love life
The one who scares away my fears

My mother is my guardian angel
Most of all my best friend too
Please know that i appreciate what you've done
