Guilt

by Broken Lullabies   Feb 10, 2007

She had a drinking problem starting at sixteen
Followed by coke and addictions to morphine
Using one night she started to see what kind of life was this to lead
Pulling it all from her past blaming it all on her dad
Remembering one night when she came home
Him standing there his liquor gone
Wondering what happened he begs and he pleads
Hoping she'll tell him something other than leads
A dance she does all around him to see
The guilt he has when he's down on his knees
