Lies

She wonders through the world
Without even a care
Believing the lie they told her
Saying they would always be there

They told her that
She could always come to them
And it was all fun and games
Until she found those friends

She thought they showed her the light
And what life was all about
She believed them all
Without even a doubt

Until they ditched her
And left her to die
She can't go to her parents
She has told them so many lies

So now she walks through the world
Always hiding the lies
Tomorrow will be better she says
At least i got by
