This is so beautiful yet truly sad. Great poem, written in a good way with a lot of emotions within. Whole piece sounds so sincere and that makes it absolutely captivating.
My favorite stanza is:

-The way you turn around and radiate hope
As if I have fallen off a cliff and you were the rope
Having no other choice, I reach out my hand
And just like I hoped, you made me stand-
