Not just with letters and signs
Some don't even use pencils
Preferring a razor or knife

Some don't even use those
A safety pin will do
As long as they have skin
They'll have something to pierce through

Others don't bleed
Bruises are more their thing
The aches and lies
The chance to deny
While some just hope no one will see

Yet some dont like blood and aches
They're all about the fire
Other people just see another pyro
But they'll never forget the stench of burning skin

Yet many don't hurt themselves physically
It's a mental battle in their head
Voices whispering suicide
Saying they're better off dead

Others see the battle
Every time they look in the mirror
Hating the person they see
Wanting to disappear

Even if it seems they're different
The pain is just the same
All you need to know is
