Misunderstood past

by The Angel of Secrets   Feb 12, 2007

A pathetic little girl wrapped in a blanket of misery,
They can't understand the shadows inside.
A tragic past that no one knows,
Tears ran away to hide.

A body fallen behind black clothes,
A facade so beautiful, with such grace.
A beeing so stunning, seems without faults,
Behind lies a broken, teared-up face.

A head full of unhealthy thoughts,
A teenage mind with no way to think.
There she sits, all alone,
down in her own darkness she'll sink.

So maybe she can't be saved,
Maybe she's forever doomed.
There was nothing normal about her,
Nothing as they assumed.

Perhaps she likes the darkness, the shadows,
Where everything is a blur.
Maybe she'll stay there forever, in thoughts,
that no one came to save her.
