There is really only one mistake I found in here:

I way you smile at me,
I think it's supposed to be
THE way you smile at me
But, just a typo!! Now, onto the good part. I wrote a similar poem, but yours is better. It's so true too.. it was awesome Katie.. great job.. 5/5
