The Little Girl

by HidingThePainInMe   Feb 13, 2007

At four years old
And much too young
She lost her life
Which had barely begun.

The clock struck twelve
As she cried in the night
He'll soon be here
To say his "goodnights"

He opens the door
With that look in his eye
She knows what he wants
But she doesn't know why.

Her mother died
So long ago
She's all alone
With nowhere to go.

She screams and she pleads
For him to please let her go
But he plays "DADDY DAYCARE"
And just goes on with the show.

His games continued
For six more years
His nightly charades
Always left her in tears.

At ten years old
The Little Girl died
Ascending to heaven
She's finally alive.

PLEASE COMMENT AND RATE. IT MEANS A LOT TO KNOW HOW IM DOING AND WHERE I CAN IMPROVE. *thanx!*
