Destiny Awaits

The years that pass us by,
Are only for to long,
From grade one to grade twelve,
We've sung every song,

A song of hope, a song of love,
To keep us fighting through,
The friends we thought would last forever,
Are gone and now there's you,

The sweet smell of flowers,
That ascend us to our dreams,
Are so close,
Yet so far they seem,

The prays we make each day,
For our lives to be fulfilled,
I hope one day are answered,
Before we meet our will,

Our love can last forever,
If you let it take us far,
But until we reach our destiny,
You'll always be my shinning star.
