I honestly don't believe that there is a "God" but, I do hope there there is some good left in everything bad. This poem can also be from a different person's point of view. I really don't like this poem, think i could write it better but I would like comments and opinions.=) Thanks! Here's my poem:
Dear God
I know I haven't been there for you in a way of trusting that everything will go your way
It's been a thousand years it feels like since I've spoken these words along the secrets kept inside.
I know you might not even be there
and these words are lead onto the paper only to be left here
but if your there
please listen to these forsaken words
I've seen death in my own eyes
I deprived my lost smiles off my face each day
remember every tear thats dripped down my cheek
yet I still knew that your speaking to me
and I was just on vacation for a while
