Time will never tell,
how much Ive been through hell.
i helped stop your blood when you let it spill,
i helped mend a fragile heart when it was ill.
you accepted my help till you were well,
then once i was of no use i ended back where i began when i fell.
I guess you didn't see i cared that much about you,
or maybe you didn't drink enough to say i love you too.
i tumbled back to the start where i met you,
to be reacquainted with a former friend and then it was easy to forget you.
now i search for where i belong maybe swallowed by the sea,
but one thing i know is that this girl belongs with me.
feeling tired but i cant sleep,
going into thoughts maybe too deep.
