Valentines Day

Well, yesterday came and yesterday went
Without a dime of his money spent
On me, at least, it went to her
Valentines day was just a blur

I did not expect a gift from him
No rose petals with lights very dim
But what I did expect for this holiday
A knock on my door for just a quick lay

A day for couples, thats what it should be
Not a day for him and me
We only friends that just happen to f**k
With his heart im sadly out of luck

So it came and at last it went
Without a dime of his money spent
No candy, flowers, teddys and such
So tell me why I love him so much?

    Wow ii had someone exactly like this in my life so ii think ii can relate...it is very hard to explain and futher more understand why u feel so deeply about a person who u maybe had no intentions on developing feelings for n the first place...ii think everyone has a case like this atleast once n life its one of those things that we're SUPOSSED to learn from but most of us just come out of it like what was ii thinking??!! Great poem!!
