So many memories I would like to forget
So many nights which I long regret
To hear the screams
From a couple out of a dream
To see bruises and scratches
And to see no thatches
She left the man she said she would love forever
She left him with nothing to endeavor
He lost his little girl
Who was his entire world
He held back the tears as she was ripped out of his arms
And back under her mothers charms
Her mom was barely there
Her mom rarely showed she cared
Always traveling and never giving her any time
To have this little girl feel like she was always losing someone so thine
Her trips were many her secrets were too
Until one day the little girl found her mom being kissed starting from her navy blue shoe
She yelled and cried at the bottom of the door
And after the scene which she had witnessed he swore
That he had never kissed her mommy or touched her before
But when she looked over she saw her mother’s bra and panties on the floor
She believed this man who brought her this pain
And she blames him for causing her parents problems and pain
Her dad was like a memory to her
He seemed like a blurr
Gone for twelve years and never to be returned
Until she found a passion that burned
Into her soul with flames and life
She did this on her own with no other device
Her father slowly came back into her story book
That everyone else had took
To ride was her way out
Her out to everything that was about
To the new man that made her parents part
That put her father into an everlasting dark
To realize that her mother had lied
Tore this little girl up inside
To have her think that she was the one who caused her fathers pain
And for the time that was lost can never be regained
The guilt she still carries is a load no one else can bare
And till this day her heart still has a tear.
