This Little Young Girl

by Antuane   Feb 16, 2007

Crawling once more
to the cold, dark corner
knees up to my eyes,
with tears down my thighs.

Struggling once more
against the brutal pain inside
with bleeding wrists
and heartfelt cries.

Screaming once more
at this sad, cruel world
for letting me live
all this and much more..

more than I could handle
more than I could stand.
Oh would you please not
let go of my hand!

---------

.....
I feel no more pain
I hear no more lies,
I've never felt like this,
Am I dead
or alive?

That's when I see
my body on the floor,
blank-faced expression
holding in no more.
.....

---------

Who could have caused
this terrible death?
Of this little young girl
that was so innocent?

For Sake!
It was her dad
who committed the crime,
kicking her around
while having a fun time.

Blood was splattered
Bruises were formed
her frail body was thrusted
from the bed to the floor.

This little young girl
of only three
what has she become
at a time like this?

This little young girl
pure, loving
For years she had to resist
and it all came down
to this..
