Like a phoenix rises from the ashes
I will rise above you
one step to wards a better life
to everything pure and true

swim away from all that drowns me
that squashes my every dream
the waves that keep pulling me back
they wont let me believe

the fact that you wont let me fly away
keeping my here to cry
