Wish

I long for a companion
Who will be my best friend
The one who I will love
I dont know where you are
But I will find you

I am beyond tired of waiting
I find it so hard to stay happy
Day after insufferable day
With nobody to go to

Too cold to speak, too warm to look
A song that has played uncountable nights
From a sunken stars mournful call
That reminds me of your face and body
Your voice, your thoughts, your love

Too dark to walk, too light to comfort
Too far to yell, too close to whisper

Let go now for the suffering
You have put me through is not fair
I care too much for you
I want to laugh, to smile
To be happy all the time
Too cold to speak, too warm to look

I wish that all my tears will stop
I wish my heart was unbreakable
But it is the most fragile thing

With all of these things I wish
I cant help but watch my tears
At night when it is dark
I look up in the sky to find an answer

As I softly close my eyes
I see my love so strong
I see your lies shatter my heart

So tonight I wish my wish
That wish upon a shimmering star
I'll wish that my suffering will end
I'll wish that love will someday find me
