Oh dear, it's the holidays
the huge family comes over
with dumb questions and food
there's no where to hide
all the rooms are full

while mothers are cooking
in the kenton,
fathers are outside
roasting the turkey
the little granddaughters count presents
while sons prepare the dinning rooms

the worst part of all
somehow the whole family
squeeze in one room
inpatient children wait there turn
