The day the words were thrown
I felt the chill straight to the bone.
Saddened relief came over me
This is exactly what was meant to be.
I felt my world crumble to dirt
There was nothing more, not even hurt.
A day had passed, A night slept through
Nothing left, not to remind me of you.
So far away I was free to hide
Yet a tear not shed, I had not cried.
The news struck without complaint
But it did not give me a picture to paint.
The news I knew, Inside not out
It was nothing new, Something I new about.
Something overcame the feeling within
Something so strong it shaddered the hidden.
Thoughts, feelings, emotions and more
My body began to search and explore.
The obvious became clear
The words I had listened, Now I could hear.
Not meant for me were your emotions within
Misinterpreted, your emotions should've been hidden.
My lies, stories and things untrue
I changed my thoughts to believe it was you.
