Who would have thought?
That within a day we would be split apart
That all our love would just vanish, fade away
That we would no longer be together, feeling happily gay
How can I now turn my back on all that and walk away?
When I still wish to win your love again and kiss you like yesterday
For my eyes still tear whenever I think of you
And the great love that we shared together, so deep and true
For my heart could never forget
The love you gave it
And even thought we are now apart
You still own a special part of my heart
I still can’t accept the fact that its all over
We promised that we will last forever
Thinking of our happy days
How could it have all gone away?
Honey, isn't it obvious to see
That I need you back right next to me
Please bring back the old days, come back to me
