For i'm one with the horse

The cool wind parts around me,

as i spin in it's force, and i rejoice in the sunlight,

for I'm one with the horse.

the trees and the grass,

make a beautiful dream,

as they let us pass,

over flowers.

i try to forget,

the buildings of silver,

just look at the sky,

as it flows like a river.

together forever, we spin through the night,

like birds in our gracefulness,

maybe there's something i can do right.

we run over the white sand, leaving footprints that no one can see

*Please comment on this, cause i don't normally write poems like this, but i was feeling happy today.

    Hmmm. I don't have a horse, but I lease one. And I'd do anything in the world just to be with her. In this poem, I didn't quite see that passion. I mean it's probably there, just me as a reader can't see it.

    Although I didn't see passion, the format was nicee. The flow wasn't bad. But the thing that really caught my eye was the beautiful words that described your feeling. A lot of people can't do that. Well done. =) 5/5 xoxo

    Interesting poem...not sure if you are truly writing about a horse but i am assuming so...there really is something about such a noble animal isn't there

    Well you do show great emotion and this piece is a good one you should writwe more like this one i like most of your poems that i have read but this is diff and good.
