Knight Fall

A warrior lies with a broken sword and a shattered soul
He has lost the will to fight because his shield has gone away
He fights off the demons with a knife that has become dull
His armor she had for him has long since decayed
For honor, for justice, for peace no more
But for vengeance, hate, and death is in store
His soul mate has gone and to hell his soul burns
His heart a broken weapon only revenge now is what he learns
Why fight the demons when his soul is shattered
Why fight when his will is bashed and battered
A knight no more, a angel out of his core
The women he trusted and cared for has betrayed
His fight for all that is right all but delayed
Now his knight fall is complete
