Life's many outtakes

by Kaila   Feb 21, 2007

Who cares about the clothes you wear
The shoes you have
The style of your hair

Who cares about makeup
The designer Jewel's
or dressing up

It's never about the times you share
The friends your with
Or how you got there

It's never about the best times of all
Instead of making people feel
So weak and so small

It should be about the friends who cared
The stories you told
The secrets you shared

It should be about the life you live
Did you give it all
Or is there some more to give

It is about the grades the books
The challenges you had
The risks you took

It is about the moments that made you glad
Or the ones that made you ecstatic
And especially the friends you had

Wow, This one is very interesting indeed. I really liked it, I love the concept and every details. especially the message on it. Its like an "Come as you are" phrase and not looking on others that they may say to you. It was great write.

Greatly expressed point. Truthful words, defintely. The last line, except, should be "have". Kudos!

Well said. to me it sounded like its better not to be fake and to be actually real for the first time because when your fake you won't have much to know from when your real about yourself. your very talented and did a great job.

keep it up. keep on writing. love always and forever.
