Very, very good write!! I too know what its like to hide behind walls and eventually, in time, you'll trade those steel walls for a white picket fence and a neatly trimmed yard with beautiful flowers to welcome someone new. Keep up the good work!!

This was a great write. A lil sad but I could deinately relate...I did the same thing before and it did work for me..no matter how hard you try to set yourselkf free certain sounds or smells will always take you back in time but just be string and learn how to enjoy the past as well as move forward.

Though there was a slightly less of a story here, I did like this poem. My favorite stanza was the second one, because of what was said plus it's flow, although a good flow was kept steady throughout.

You came very highly recommended for me to check out and i have to say, i'm impressed. this was a beautifully written piece. the imagery, emotion and depth, content, concept and flow all came together to create a truly beautiful read. filled with suci melancholy and hopelessness yes. but a beautiful piece of art nontheless.

This is really good along with all of you others it reminded me of exactly how i felt everyday when my exb/f walked by me with his girl i'd prolly still feel that way if i still lived there.... very very good keep it up!!
