Thin Air

by Tamara   Feb 23, 2007

As your voice seems to fade,
I quickly grasp for you,
To only find nothing,
But thin air once again.
What ever happened,
To the days we didn't care
As to who was right,
And who was wrong.
Instead we've become lost,
Strangers within a friendship,
As we slowly die away.
Because sometimes it harder,
To forget just what was said,
Than to just simply run away.
So as your voice fades away,
From my neglecting memory,
I'll grasp for your hand,
In desperate attempts,
For it again to be you,
Instead of just thin air.
