Nothing Seen, Nothing Heard

by Cantchangeme   Apr 6, 2004

Butterflies and bunny rabbits
Asleep in their shrouds
Tea party's and teddy bears
Under darkened clouds
Small mice and insect's mock
Deafeningly loud
Politicians, serial peace killers
Looking on proud

You could've lied
You could've tried
When all said and done
You could've died

Leave me around
Leave me to drown
A smile is a frown
But not for them

Left out inside the open
Another of nature's freaks
I'm left to rot these words
Just like you before me

One day I met you there
I met you in the street
I laughed and smiled
I shook your hand
And then you turned
Around to see me
You whispered to me
These words that will
Now always haunt me
Until the day of my demise
“I don't want you in my paradise”

You could've seen
You could've said
And after all
You should be dead

As they surround
Won't make a sound
You'll never be found
You were unwanted

Leaches and your last words
Suck at my skin
Whilst bunny's and butterflies
Eat from within
Vicar and priests healing hands
Covered in sin
One thousand years of pure hell
One prick from a pin
