Someone who looks like me
But Uglier
Someone who talks like me
But more off key
Someone just like me
But worse all around
That's right
I'm one of the unfortunate
I have an evil twin

    It's a bit sparse.. and i take it your not identical twins.. but it has some potential.
    And i put it under funny because it isn't a love poem. It's called irony and personification.
