Because you haven't sat down with her.
You've never seen her greatest efforts.
If only you just took a moment to actually see.
Don't even mention straight faced lying
because you'd know what I'd say.
She's generous, she's smart, she knows her job.
So if you think you're the one to judge her
don't bother me with your biased thoughts.
Just take your time and get to know this girl.
She's held the team on her shoulders with no support.
So I'll tell you what I think a good leader is,
a brave girl who leads a greedy team
of whom she knows, few will follow.
