Choice Over All Others

I could be offered anything in this world today.
The wealth of a thousand men,
Or to be known above all other people.
Yet I would deny it all for you.

For you are my stepping-stone.
The one thing that always gets me through.
You're the reason that I love.
And I owe it all to you.

I could have the chance to go anywhere.
To spend eternity in the most beautiful city.
Though even with this offer,
I'd rather spend life with you.

You are the graces of the Earth.
And the humbleness that I crave.
You're what I'll never deserve.
Everything that makes me brave.

I would give everything up for you.
If you were to only ask me.
Hand in all my possessions,
For you are all I need.

Without you I would parish.
Or surely fall into an abyss.
This is why I am thankful for you,
