Break Down

by Jack Nightengale   Feb 25, 2007

I thought what we had was magic.
The love we shared.
Maybe that was me being Nostalgic.
Who was I to think you cared.

I thought that you was the One.
I thought you were the one that would share my Life.
You shot my thoughts like a gun.
You cut out my heart and sliced it with a knife.

I don't think I could love you the same way any more.
You took it away every thing, and left me nothing.
I can't look at you the same way No more.
I don't know what to call it now, it's just a thing and nothing more.

I tried to give you a second chance but now, you're down to strike three.

Because you've given me the Break Down!
